MILAN, LONDON and ZURICH, November 2013 – The Global Enterprise Mobility Alliance (GEMA), the world’s leading independent joint venture providing enterprise mobility managed services to multinational organisations, today announced that Italy’s leading mobile systems integrator and specialist service provider, YouCo S.r.l., has joined GEMA, enhancing the alliance’s capabilities and presence in the Italian market.
Based in Milan, YouCo is the leading supplier of Enterprise Mobility, Security and ITSM services and solutions in Italy. YouCo employs over 80 people, has four offices across Italy and becomes GEMA’s exclusive representative for the Italian market. YouCo is GEMA’s third new European member in three months and its ninth member in total, reinforcing GEMA’s successful expansion efforts in 2013.
GEMA’s CEO Nicholas McQuire said: “GEMA has partnered successfully with YouCo on multinational projects for the past 8 months and we are very happy to further our relationship by officially welcoming YouCo as our exclusive Italian representative in GEMA.” He added: “Italian multinationals or global firms with Italian employees have unique mobility needs that require specialist understanding of the Italian market. KG (Germany, Austria and Switzerland); and Vox Mobile (US and Canada). Additional GEMA members in Europe, Asia, and Latin America will increase the scope and diversity of the Alliance in the coming months.
