La milanese\u00a0<strong>via Montenapoleone<\/strong>\u00a0tocca gli<strong>\u00a08.000 \u20ac\/mq\/a<\/strong>, risultando ancora l\u2019<strong>High Street pi\u00f9 prestigiosa<\/strong>\u00a0del territorio, mentre la rivale romana\u00a0<strong>via Condotti<\/strong>\u00a0raggiunge i\u00a0<strong>7.000 \u20ac\/mq\/a<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Venezia<\/strong>\u00a0attesta un\u00a0<strong>generale incremento<\/strong>\u00a0dei\u00a0<strong>canoni<\/strong>, in particolare\u00a0<strong>Piazza San Marco<\/strong>\u00a0che registra un\u00a0<strong>massimo<\/strong>\u00a0di\u00a0<strong>4.700 \u20ac\/mq\/a<\/strong>\u00a0e un minimo di 3.000 \u20ac\/mq\/a; Calle Vallaresso e Campo San Bartolomeo entrano a pieno titolo nella cerchia delle High Street veneziane con valori massimi rispettivamente di 2.500 \u20ac\/mq\/a e 5.000 \u20ac\/mq\/a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Scenario positivo altres\u00ec per\u00a0<strong>Genova<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong>Bologna<\/strong>\u00a0che evidenziano un\u00a0<strong>globale aumento<\/strong>\u00a0dei<strong>\u00a0canoni<\/strong>; in particolare, la genovese via XX settembre attesta il valore massimo di 1.000 \u20ac\/mq\/a, mentre la bolognese Galleria Cavour il canone pi\u00f9 alto con 2.000 \u20ac\/mq\/a. Firenze diversamente, insieme a Torino e Verona, vive una situazione stabile, con leggere contrazioni accanto a lievi aumenti dei valori. Spostandosi al Sud,\u00a0<strong>Catania\u00a0<\/strong>e <strong>Napoli<\/strong>\u00a0si mantengono stabili con una\u00a0<strong>tenue crescita<\/strong>; interessante \u00e8 l\u2019High Street\u00a0<strong>napoletana via Scarlatti<\/strong>\u00a0al Vomero che, trasformata in area pedonale, diviene\u00a0<strong>funzionale location<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>commerciale<\/strong>\u00a0(1.500 \u20ac\/mq\/a).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">I\u00a0<strong>recenti indicatori positivi,\u00a0<\/strong>afferma invece\u00a0Renato Borghi\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Presidente di Federazione Moda Italia \/ Confcommercio, evidenziano una\u00a0<strong>crisi\u00a0<\/strong>che sembra\u00a0<strong>volgere al termine<\/strong>, ma non rasserenano ancora il dettaglio multimarca indipendente di qualit\u00e0. Un\u00a0<strong>flebile risveglio<\/strong>\u00a0dei<strong>\u00a0consumi<\/strong>, per\u00f2, c&#8217;\u00e8 stato e lo registriamo dopo anni di forti sofferenze con un\u00a0<strong>segno pi\u00f9<\/strong>\u00a0davanti allo &#8216;zero virgola&#8217;. Un piccolo ma importante segnale che va ora consolidato con\u00a0<strong>reali politiche<\/strong>\u00a0di\u00a0<strong>sostegno<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong>rilancio<\/strong>\u00a0dei\u00a0<strong>consumi<\/strong>\u00a0nei negozi che rimangono, nonostante il drammatico rapporto di uno a due tra nuove aperture e chiusure, una componente fondamentale del nostro sistema distributivo di qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Un <strong>patrimonio<\/strong>, oltre che\u00a0<strong>economico<\/strong>, di\u00a0<strong>cultura<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong>rilevanza sociale<\/strong>\u00a0che va\u00a0<strong>salvaguardato<\/strong>\u00a0e che \u00e8 tanto pi\u00f9 importante se si pensa all\u2019<strong>attrattivit\u00e0 internazionale\u00a0<\/strong>che hanno le nostre\u00a0<strong>vie\u00a0<\/strong>dello<strong>\u00a0shopping<\/strong>. Il dato del total tax rate che vede le imprese italiane tartassate da un fardello fiscale dal peso del 68,4% non pu\u00f2 che vederci ancora increduli e preoccupati e orientare le nostre richieste alla politica per un&#8217;energica riduzione delle imposte alle imprese e alle famiglie, mettendo mano alla madre di tutte le riforme e cio\u00e8 quella fiscale.
