La costruzione di questo spettacolare resort, la cui apertura \u00e8 prevista per il 2022, comporter\u00e0 un investimento di 150 milioni di dollari.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;accordo, che consentir\u00e0 al gruppo spagnolo Barcel\u00f3 Hotel Group di posizionarsi in Asia, prevede anche il trasferimento alla societ\u00e0 spagnola della gestione di altri 4 alberghi, di propriet\u00e0 di Browns Hotels &amp; Resorts: 2 alberghi in costruzione alle Maldive (Bodufinolhu Beach Resort e Nasandhura City Hotel) e 2 gi\u00e0 operativi in Sri Lanka (The Eden Resort and Spa and Paradise Resort and Spa). Grazie a questa operazione, Barcel\u00f3 Hotel Group aumenter\u00e0 la sua offerta nella regione fino a un totale di 7 hotel e 900 camere.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo\u00a0<strong>Raul Gonzalez<\/strong>, CEO del Barcel\u00f3 Hotel Group per l&#8217;EMEA, &#8220;<em>Entrare nelle destinazioni dello Sri Lanka e delle Maldive \u00e8 sempre stato nei nostri piani di espansione a lungo termine.
