Today DWC 3.0 is pleased to announce that it has signed a contract for a<\/p>\n<p>\u20ac 10,8 million funding facility under a three years warrants agreement , (the<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAgreement\u201d) with GEM Global Yield Fund , the New York based private Alternative<\/p>\n<p>Investment Group.<\/p>\n<p>These \u20ac 10,8 million will be raised by issuing 30 million warrants that can be exercised<\/p>\n<p>within three years by GEM Global, at the price which represents the approximately<\/p>\n<p>the nominal value of the share.<\/p>\n<p>The Company will , in cooperation with GEM Global Yield Fund, sign within a very short<\/p>\n<p>time an agreement with a specialist sponsor in order to upgrade its listing to GROWTH<\/p>\n<p>Euronext Market in Paris.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About DWC:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Company considers important, its presence within the Fine Art sector , forecasting a<\/p>\n<p>positive trend in a near future. As estimated by the Merrill Lynch -Cap Gemini, the world<\/p>\n<p>investments are likely to grow steadily. Currently, the global investments amounts to<\/p>\n<p>more than 1.300 Billions of dollars corresponding to a little more than 3 percent of the<\/p>\n<p>total assets of the richest people on earth.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason Dwc 3.0 has already invested a total of approx 12million euro, buying\u00a0 a total of 900<\/p>\n<p>modern art paintings and 25 great masters classical paintings. Total value of expertise approx.\u00a0 20 M euro.<\/p>\n<p>This sector has produced the first significant revenues for 2017. The other sector in which DWC 3.0 has<\/p>\n<p>operated so far is Real Estate Properties, especially directed to Private Tourism Resorts and Club dedicated<\/p>\n<p>areas like Restaurants, Health Centers etc. Dwc 3.0 owns 25 acres of a beautiful property in Magenta in the<\/p>\n<p>middle of the National Park of Ticino, a protected area of the Ticino River expanding around the area of<\/p>\n<p>Lago Maggiore and International Airport of Malpensa ( distance to the airport 25 km) . The property has<\/p>\n<p>several builted areas to accommodate a restaurant (200 seats) a swimming pool, a center for health<\/p>\n<p>treatments, in a reach beautiful park with a small pond and a center for breeding miniature horses and<\/p>\n<p>donkeys . The property\u00a0 evaluation from Bank\u2019 expertise is approx 3.500.000,00 \u20ac .The second property<\/p>\n<p>being a 30% ownership of an Agri -tourism of high quality in Tuscany ,Lucca.
