Al contempo, torna ai livelli pi&ugrave; bassi mai registrati dall&rsquo;inizio delle rilevazioni la <span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;\">propensione all&rsquo;acquisto: solo il<strong> 45% degli italiani intervistati pensano che sia un buon momento per comprare casa<\/strong>. Il breve salto oltre il 50% registrato a luglio &egrave; stato, quindi, solo momentaneo. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\">&laquo;Lo scenario particolarmente critico in cui gli operatori del settore sono costretti a muoversi, tra contrazione dei volumi delle compravendite immobiliari e difficolt&agrave; conclamate per l&rsquo;ottenimento di un mutuo <\/span><\/em><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\">&ndash; dichiara <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Carlo Giordano, Amministratore Delegato di Gruppo Immobiliare.it<\/strong> &ndash;<em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\"> condiziona anche la percezione dei cittadini, che reagiscono con l&rsquo;attendismo.<\/em>&raquo;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;\">Effettivamente, il dato che raccoglie la crescita pi&ugrave; elevata &egrave; la percentuale di chi pensa che nel prossimo anno ci saranno tempi migliori per acquistare casa: in tre mesi la percentuale passa dal 21% al 35%. Cala solo di un punto percentuale, infine, <\/span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\">la percentuale dei pessimisti, che ritengono questo sia <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">un brutto momento per investire nel mattone<\/strong>: passiamo dal 16% di luglio ad un 15%, che conferma un trend in discesa da diverse rilevazioni. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;\">I dati evidenziati emergono dall&rsquo;analisi dell&rsquo;indice di <strong>fiducia dei consumatori<\/strong> di Immobiliare.it <\/span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\">(<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.immobiliare.it\/casa\/informazioni\/indice-fiducia-consumatori.php\" class=\"broken_link\">http:\/\/www.immobiliare.it\/casa\/informazioni\/indice-fiducia-consumatori.php<\/a><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\">): strumento creato per monitorare come si modifichi nel tempo la percezione degli Italiani riguardo all&rsquo;andamento del mercato immobiliare. Il <em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">sentiment<\/em> del Paese &egrave; ricavato dalle risposte di <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">oltre 60.000 utenti<\/strong> che hanno mostrato interesse nei confronti del tema immobiliare, avendo (nei tre mesi precedenti la rilevazione) pubblicato un annuncio immobiliare o effettuato una ricerca di casa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\">Il dato che mostra l&rsquo;inasprimento maggiore &egrave; quello connesso all&rsquo;andamento dei <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">prezzi<\/strong> nel mercato immobiliare. Se nella rilevazione di luglio la percentuale di italiani che prevedeva una diminuzione dei prezzi di vendita delle case era al 51% (gi&agrave; in crescita rispetto ad aprile, in cui era al 39%) l&rsquo;ultima indagine continua a spostare l&rsquo;asticella pi&ugrave; in alto: <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">per il 67% degli italiani, nei prossimi dodici mesi, i prezzi scenderanno e comprare casa coster&agrave; di meno<\/strong>. Scende, parallelamente, la quota di chi ipotizza una stabilit&agrave; dei costi: &egrave; al 23,7%, mentre superava il 31% tre mesi fa ed era al 35% sei mesi fa. Davvero minoritaria, infine, la posizione di chi &egrave; convinto di un incremento dei prezzi di vendita: questo segmento non rappresenta pi&ugrave; del 7% del campione. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\">Le differenze regionali<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\">Interessante &egrave; verificare come cambino comportamenti e percezioni in base alla regione italiana d&rsquo;appartenenza. Se l&rsquo;ultima rilevazione vedeva lo scettro dell&rsquo;<em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">ottimismo <\/em>in mano a Lombardia e Toscana, adesso<strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"> &egrave; la Puglia la Regione in cui il <em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">sentiment<\/em> &egrave; migliore<\/strong>: la regione arriva al 54,6%, seguita dal Piemonte con il 53,5% di ottimisti. Da notare che queste sono le uniche regioni in cui la percentuale supera il 50%, tutte le altre restano attorno al 40%, con picchi negativi in Campania (36,8%) e nelle Marche (37,1%). I pi&ugrave; restii all&rsquo;idea di vendere sono i cittadini del Friuli Venezia Giulia (78,1%) e i Siciliani (75,7%), mentre i Lucani (62,1%) e gli Abruzzesi (63,3%) si trovano alla base della classifica. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\">&laquo;<\/span>Analizzando pi&ugrave; nel dettaglio le ragioni per cui si valuta sia un buon momento per comprare<\/em><em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\"> <\/span><\/em><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\">&ndash; continua <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Giordano<\/strong> &ndash;<em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\"> <\/em><\/span><em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">&egrave; emerso in maniera chiara come questa opinione sia legata alla consapevolezza che, data la difficolt&agrave;
