Un enorme museo del cibo che esalta il made in Italy (ma non solo, ho trovato numerose marche straniere tra i prodotti in vendita), e con un grande vantaggio: senza gonfiare i prezzi. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<a style=\"text-decoration: none; color: #e69138; margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-NYJheOTH4ck\/T_NP-O0Nh2I\/AAAAAAAAA88\/X5joxAWl_d8\/s1600\/eataly-olio.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 1px solid #e69138; position: relative; padding: 5px; background-color: #000000; -webkit-box-shadow: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.0976563) 1px 1px 5px; box-shadow: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.0976563) 1px 1px 5px;\" title=\"Eataly a Roma\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-NYJheOTH4ck\/T_NP-O0Nh2I\/AAAAAAAAA88\/X5joxAWl_d8\/s320\/eataly-olio.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Reparto olio a Eataly Roma\" width=\"254\" height=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;\">Finalmente, una presenza importante in una citt&agrave; che spesso resta indietro (e, finalmente, un nuovo utilizzo di un terminal che per troppo tempo &egrave; rimasto l&igrave; in bella vista a ricordarci gli inutili sprechi di denaro pubblico, come quelli di<span style=\"color: #e69138;\">Italia90<\/span>). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;\">Oltre <strong>20 angoli ristoro<\/strong>, dalla focaccia alla piadina romagnola, dal gelato alla pasticceria, dalla pizza alla carne, dalla pasta al pesce, dai fritti al ristorante romano. Un orario continuato per il nuovo <em>tempio dei golosi<\/em>, ma anche per chi la cucina la ama davvero: tantissimi spazi didattici e numerosi corsi in programma.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<a style=\"text-decoration: none; color: #e69138; margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-mXW3O_EwhXI\/T_NP6JcgW5I\/AAAAAAAAA80\/wddyLn_3nNc\/s1600\/eataly-manifesto.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 1px solid #e69138; position: relative; padding: 5px; background-color: #000000; -webkit-box-shadow: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.0976563) 1px 1px 5px; box-shadow: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.0976563) 1px 1px 5px;\" title=\"Eataly a Roma\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-mXW3O_EwhXI\/T_NP6JcgW5I\/AAAAAAAAA80\/wddyLn_3nNc\/s400\/eataly-manifesto.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Il manifesto di Eataly a Roma: &egrave; il cibo che ci unisce\" width=\"315\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;\">Bellissimi allestimenti, ma soprattutto uno spirito <em>sano<\/em>,<em>allegro<\/em>, <em>divertente<\/em>, e <strong><em>italiano<\/em><\/strong>, nel senso buono del termine. I cartelli che popolano la struttura, il modo di comunicare degli stand, mi hanno riportato in un&#8217;Italia che <strong>ci crede ancora<\/strong>, che vuole tornare a valorizzare i suoi <strong>punti di forza<\/strong> per essere ancora pi&ugrave; forte, un&#8217;Italia che vuole sentirsi italiana anche quando non gioca la nazionale, un&#8217;Italia che crede nella<strong>produzione artigianale e locale<\/strong>. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;\">Per ora, ho provato solo la gelateria (anche se.. diciamo che poteva andare meglio), ma ho intenzione di tornarci presto per assaggiare la <strong>piadina romagnola<\/strong>, il panino di <strong><span style=\"color: #e69138;\">Ino<\/span><\/strong>, i prodotti del <strong>birrificio artigianale<\/strong>, e ovviamente i <strong>fritti alla romana<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Da romana, non potevo mancare all&#8217;appello tra coloro che hanno gi&agrave; messo piede dentro la vera e ultima novit&agrave; della nostra Capitale: Eataly.
