L’hotel La Favorita di Mantova ospiterà giovedì 14 ottobre 2010 una cena ispirata ai sapori e ai temi hitchcockian<\/span><\/strong>i, sarà presente lo scrittore Salvatore Gelsi che parlerà del suo romanzo “A tavola con Hitchcock”.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

“ Il maestro del brivido amava stupire<\/strong>” scrive Gelsi nel suo libro “ e confondere i suoi interlocutori con una fitta aneddotica e con atteggiamenti spesso stravaganti e intimidenti, atti a creare in loro imbarazzo, specie durante i ricevimenti e sopratturto se erano seduti a tavola. Davanti a una tavola apparecchiata Hitchcock si trovava davvero come su un set: dominava la scena, la imponeva soggiogandola alla sua volontà e ai sui capricci. <\/strong>Di una cosa però tutti sono <\/span>certi, del suo essere gourmet raffinato, tanto che a Hollywood era ritenuto un evento eccezionale essere invitati a una cena data dalla famiglia Hitchcock “<\/span><\/p>\n

Il menù, preceduto da un aperitivo, si articolerà nelle diverse pietanze <\/span><\/span>preferite dal grande regista, piatti <\/strong><\/span> <\/span>misteriosi come l’unico uovo possibile al profumo di tartufo, il risotto giallo e noir, la sogliola Guinness <\/span><\/strong>con contorno di “Potage antidoto veleno” e per finire con “Torta di mele alla Truffaut”.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Queste pietanze hitchcockiane, tutte da scoprire, <\/span>saranno disponibili su prenotazione, per trenta giorni nel menù del ristorante all’interno dell’Hotel la Favorita.<\/span><\/p>\n
