Ci
\nsono questioni che riguardano la violenza contro le donne: storie di stupri,
\nmaltrattamenti, omicidi. Ma non c’entra nulla con la violenza alle donne quanto
\naccaduto all’Universit\u00e0 di Torino, presso l’Istituto di Medicina Legale.
\n<\/P>
\n

Ci
\nsono diversi livelli di violenza: ma qui non ne vediamo nemmeno uno. L’opinione
\npubblica sa comprendere quale differenza vi sia tra il docente che abusa di
\nuna allieva per consentirle di superare un esame di un
\ncorso di laurea per il quale i genitori si stanno svenando e l’allieva che
\ndeliberatamente si concede per aumentare la media in vista della laurea.
\n<\/P>
\n

Sarebbe
\nbello, quindi, se su questa vicenda calasse presto il silenzio. Ma temiamo
\nche non sar\u00e0 cos\u00ec, considerato che la ricerca
\npruriginosa dello scandalo estivo attinge a piene mani da questa vicenda. Non
\nsolo: perch\u00e8 sembrano questioni di diverse universit\u00e0,
\nnon solo di quella di Torino.<\/P>
\n

Pensiamo
\ndi non parlarne pi\u00f9 di tanto per rispetto alla vera violenza e alle donne che la
\nsubiscono. <\/P>
\n

Ma
\nsu un punto vale la pena soffermarsi.<\/P>
\n

Il
\nsesso come gestione del potere di un sesso verso l’altro non \u00e8 mai anticamera
\ndei compromessi: \u00e8 l’anticamera della violenza. Perch\u00e8
\n\u00e8 proprio da questi fatti, da rinchiudere nel privato delle storie personali,
\nche nascono le categorie dei docenti che hanno diritto di azioni sessuali nei
\nconfronti delle allieve (o candidate) o di allieve che usano il sesso per
\nmigliorare le proprie prestazioni di studio o di carriera. Nulla di pi\u00f9
\nsbagliato. Sbagliano e vanno censurate le azioni di prevaricazioni o di
\naccondiscendenza.<\/P>
\n

Ma
\nnon bisogna mai generalizzare, per le donne e anche per gli
\nuomini.<\/P>
\n

Il
\nproblema, poi, (che ormai \u00e8 scivolato sui particolari piccanti di una storia
\nfinita male) \u00e8 per\u00f2 in sostanza di sola e assoluta rilevanza penale e
\namministrativa della questione, a causa, ci dicono, della sparizione o
\ndella manimissione delle prove d’esame della candidata
\nbocciata. Se il TAR ha agito, avr\u00e0 di certo avuto motivi amministrativi:
\nnon certo giudizi morali.<\/P>
\n

Bene:
\ni diritti di questa donna vanno tutelati, che sia stata accondiscendente o
\nno. In fondo si pu\u00f2 essere ottimi medici legali con le proprie forze, anche se
\nin relazione intima con il presidente della commissione esaminatrice. La
\nviolenza, lo ripetiamo, \u00e8 altrove e in altre circostanze: comprese quelle che
\npotrebbero far pensare che solo cos\u00ec si fa carriera.
\n<\/P>
\n

Se
\nquesta fosse la morale della storia, getteremmo al vento mezzo secolo di lotte
\nper la parit\u00e0 e i diritti.<\/P>
